Throughout our lives, God may ask us to take risks or do something we may not feel prepared to do. But God will also give us the courage we need to face that challenge. We see this as Jesus faced death on the cross. He chose to be brave and follow through on God’s plan.
Our Bible story for October 6 was EXODUS 2:1-10 –

As you walk out the door today, remind your child, “Be brave today, even if it seems scary and be sure to tell me all about it when we get home.”
